This research will examine:

• Whether Americans still view the United States as a moral leader

• Public belief in foundational values such as liberty, equality, and democracy

• The effectiveness of adversarial disinformation narratives

• The resilience of American civic identity

Using surveys, focus groups, content analysis, and experimental exposure to foreign narratives, the study will culminate in:

• A public-facing report

• An academic publication

• A policy brief for national security and information defense stakeholders.

3. Addressing the PRC Intelligence Threat to Academia

This six-month initiative focuses on raising awareness within higher education about PRC intelligence activity.

The project will:

• Clearly frame the threat environment

• Identify scalable awareness strategies

• Develop educational materials and engagement models

• Bridge national security and academic culture
