This car show is in memory of Tyler Leisey, a DenTech employee who tragically lost his life in 2021.

Tyler was born in West Reading and lived in Adamstown. He graduated from Cocalico High School and the Lancaster County Career & Technology Center in 2011. At DenTech, he was a supervisor with a strong work ethic. He loved his work and was always available to help.

Tyler’s presence lightened a room, and he will be remembered for his selfless and generous nature.

Tyler was close with his parents (Jeffrey and Phyllis) and sister (Courtney). Tyler was a car enthusiast. He loved working on cars, and he liked sprint car and dirt track races. Tyler’s 1996 Volkswagen GTI “Bomber car” can be seen at the front of the car show exhibit.

He would fix anything that broke with whatever would “just make it work,” including tape or pop riveted panels. The Bomber symbol is how we continue to honor Tyler at DenTech.

All proceeds from the car show go to local fire departments and a scholarship fund for Cocalico High School students.
