This fundraiser is specifically designed to support families as they transition from NICU to home, helping make that shift as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Through this campaign, we provide diaper supplies and essential items to families navigating this critical time.

💛 That’s nearly a full month’s supply costing around $100

Our goal is to support 15 or more families, ensuring they have what they need during their first weeks at home.
