Digging Deep with The Well is a chance to gather in community to learn, to witness, and to grow together. Each Digging Deep event will invite an artist, a thinker, a poet, an expert, or a leader to share about their work and how it intersects with mental health and spirituality. We will also raise money to support the mission of The Well through donations and a local art silent auction.

The Well Mental and Spiritual Care is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) practice of therapy/counseling, spiritual direction, life coaching, and community classes in the heart of Raleigh, NC. The mission of The Well is to create pathways toward healing and wholeness in the community by offering accessible and affordable mental and spiritual care.

In 2026, we have invited artist and author Scott Erickson to share with us about his new book co-written with Justin McRoberts called In the Low: Honest Prayers for Dark Seasons. In addition to hearing from Scott, there will be a silent auction with many pieces from local artists: paintings, wood carvings, pottery, quilting, knitwear, and more. Proceeds from the auction will go to support The Well and local artists. Light hors d’oeuvres and drinks will be served.

Doors open at 6:30 PM for the silent auction, with an additional ten minutes for bidding at 8:20 PM after the presentation.
