Disabled Hikers is an entirely Disabled-led nonprofit building disability community and justice in the outdoors. We celebrate Disabled peoples' experiences in the outdoors; facilitate those experiences with free trail guides, events, and resources; and advocate for access, justice, and belonging for the cross-disability community.

We are raffling two outdoor gear bundles with support from REI! Each bundle has items that are perfect for a disabled camper or hiker, but anyone can use and enjoy them. The raffle will close on November 30 or after we sell at least 100 tickets, whichever happens last. We will email the winners.

The Cozy Camper bundle: includes an REI camp chair and a Campwell wrap. The wrap is a roomy, quilted poncho with a hood that buttons in the front. The full size camp chair folds up and has two pockets. Retail value: $160

The EZ-Hiker bundle: includes one walker staff with a cane-style handle and a 10L backpack with a water reservoir. The staff is great for people who need extra balance support but are uncomfortable using a typical hiking pole. The backpack can carry all of your essentials on a short day hike or outing, without needing to carry a water bottle. Retail value: $140

Tickets are $5 each (no discount for multiples). To enter the raffle, just click the Donate & Tickets button at the top. Additional photos and details are on the ticket page. Select the number of tickets you would like for each bundle. You can purchase as many tickets as you want, and/or make a donation.

Note that Givebutter will ask you to tip the platform on the checkout screen. This fee does not go to us. If you do not want to pay it, just click the down arrow, select other, then enter 0. We do ask that you cover the processing fees (about 50 cents).
