EVENT PROGRAM

6:00pm: check-in + vendors + raffle baskets
7:00pm: karma yoga class begins led by Audrey Dunn, founder of yoga+
8:00pm: award ceremony begins + total amount raised announced

ABOUT THE CLASS

+ vinyasa-based yoga flow [connecting breath with movement].

+ while we will build a little heat, this class is open to all levels + there is a modification for every point in class.
