Summer should be a season of growth, discovery, and opportunity for children—not a season where families must choose between enrichment and affordability.

Research consistently shows that high-quality summer programming matters. Students who participate in structured summer enrichment experience stronger academic outcomes, improved social-emotional development, increased physical activity, and reduced learning loss, especially in underserved communities. Yet, access remains a challenge. Cost is one of the biggest barriers preventing families from enrolling children in meaningful summer programs.

At Bethany Community Ministries, DiSYPles exists to bridge that gap.

DiSYPles is more than a summer program—it is a summer youth enrichment experience designed to help children grow academically, physically, socially, and spiritually through engaging learning, fitness, creative activities, leadership development, and community connection.

We believe every child deserves access to a safe, enriching summer regardless of a family’s financial circumstances. That’s why we work hard to keep participation costs affordable while maintaining a high-quality experience for families.

Your gift helps make that possible.

When you support DiSYPles, you help:

Keep enrollment affordable for working families
Provide enriching educational and leadership experiences
Support fitness and healthy living activities
Ensure children have a safe, engaging place to learn and grow during the summer
Reduce barriers to access for families in our community

Summers can either widen opportunity gaps or help close them. Together, we can make sure children return to school stronger, more confident, and ready to succeed.

Join us in investing in the next generation.

On August 9, we will celebrate with an Ice Cream Social, where our students will share highlights from their summer experience and help showcase the incredible growth that happens through DiSYPles. We hope to bring families, supporters, and community members together to celebrate the children’s hard work while raising funds to keep this program affordable and accessible for the families who need it most. Your support helps make moments like these—and the futures they represent—possible.
