Release Wellness NYC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing trauma-informed wellness and support for survivors, led by survivors. Our vision at Release Wellness NYC is that trauma survivors and immigrant communities are able to access resources, wellness classes and wellness services to experience healing, empowerment and support without experiencing financial burden.

💜 This Domestic Violence Awareness Month, we’re turning awareness into action.

Everyone deserves to feel safe, supported, and empowered — and no survivor should have to navigate their healing journey alone.

Our nonprofit provides wellness resources, free community events, and compassionate support for survivors of gender-based violence, creating spaces where individuals can heal, reconnect, and know that they are not alone.

This month, we’re asking our community to stand with survivors by supporting our fundraising campaign. Your donation helps us continue providing free programs, wellness opportunities, community connection, and survivor-centered support to those who need it most.

✨ Every contribution matters. Every act of support makes a difference. Together, we can help create communities rooted in safety, healing, dignity, and hope.

💜 Donate. Share. Advocate. Stand with survivors.
