Our mission is to provide underserved youth and families with opportunities that expand their expectations and ambitions through dance education, academic support, childcare and family services.

Dynasty Dance Co. is a creative youth development (CYD) organization serving those living at or below the poverty line with free dance class and camps, homeschool enrichment, academic support, childcare, preschool and social services. Our programs ensure that participants have the resources and support needed to achieve success in all areas in which they learn and grow.

Creative youth development organizations intentionally integrate the arts and humanities with youth development principles, sparking young people’s creativity and building critical learning and life skills. Dynasty Dance Co. emphasizes both discipline mastery and the acquisition of the personal and social assets young people need to thrive.

In order to create deep, meaningful, and lasting relationships that will ensure the artistic, academic, and social-emotional development of our youth, our commitment to participant success goes beyond the dance floor.

Our vision is to provide free dance education, academic support, childcare and family services to every underserved family in San Diego so that families are able to focus on what matters.
