Kendall spent 2 years bringing light and joy wherever she went. She had the most contagious smile and loved to cuddle. Her little hugs squeezed so tightly, our hearts couldn’t help but overflow. Our Kendall bug loved every minute of being in the water.

Kendall gained her wings on June 22nd, 2019 in a drowning accident in our backyard pool. Our world was turned upside down and will never be the same.

In honor of her life, we dedicate our lives to education in water safety awareness and providing invaluable self-rescue swim lessons and preventative resources to help end childhood drowning.

SURVIVAL SWIM LESSONS: THE FLOAT IS THE FOUNDATION OF EVERYTHING WE TEACH

We teach all children to float first. They will master this vital survival skill before moving on to more advanced swimming skills.

All students will learn to navigate the water from various presentations, move themselves to the surface, roll onto their back, and maintain an independent float.

As developmental readiness and time allows, students will learn a short basic swim, roll to their back, float and breath, and flip back over to swim again.

We were able to provide 47 students with survival swim lessons through our Founder affiliate program and were able to help fund 22 of those students fees through our donations and Founder Pay It Forward program in 2023.

We were able to provide 63 students with survival swim lesson through our Founder affiliate program and were able to help fund 21 of those students fees through our donations and Founder Pay It Forward program in 2024.

HOW YOUR DONATIONS HELP:

PLATINUM: $1200- Provides 12 weeks of lessons: that will cover 2 full new student sessions or 4 returning student sessions.

GOLD: $900- Provides 9 weeks of lessons: that will cover 1.5 full new student sessions or 3 returning student sessions.

SILVER: $600- Provides 6 weeks of lessons: that will cover 1 full new student sessions or 2 returning student sessions.

BRONZE: $300- Provides 3 weeks of lessons: that will cover half of a full new student sessions or 3 weeks of returning student sessions.

HONORABLE DONOR: $250- provides funds to offset any families who need assistance in covering session costs.

All funds are applied to financial needs to grow and support our continued programs.

AMERICAN RED CROSS, Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED Training:

We have expanded our mission by launching our CPR and First aid training programs and will be offered at our new Coastal Carlsbad location.

We believe all families should have access to these services despite the cost. We are in need of funds to helps us train more instructors to help provide more classes to families in our community. Your donations also cover costs to provide scholarships to individuals and families in need of becoming CPR/First aid certified and provide invaluable skills.

The American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED course equips students to recognize and care for a variety of first aid, breathing, and cardiac emergencies involving adults, children and infants. It is designed for students who need a certification that satisfies OSHA, workplace or other regulatory requirements. This class meets the CPR requirement for the California Teaching Credential.

Class Format: Blended Learning

Up to 3 hrs 30 min online + Up to 2 hrs 15 min class session

Certification Issued: 2 year American Red Cross certificate

HOW YOUR DONATIONS HELP:

PLATINUM: $850 - covers all fees associated with booking and teaching 12 training classes per year.

GOLD: $500- covers 12 full scholarships for training individuals in a 2 year certificate through American Red Cross CR, First Aid & AED training.

SILVER: $350- covers training costs for 1 new American Red Cross CPR/First Aid Instructor
