Young hands. Healing meals. Your gift. $100,000 by December 31.

Every AMOR meal is a handoff between three people:

A teen chef who learns to cook with purpose.

A neighbor too sick, too tired, or without the resources to stand at a stove and cook a nourishing meal.

And a donor who closes the gap between them. Our $100k Healing Challenge asks supporters to become that third set of hands before the year ends.

Groceries cost more for everyone this year. Now picture paying those prices while going through chemo, managing heart disease or diabetes, and lacking the energy to shop, chop and cook. For many AMOR clients, the choice is not between cheap food and good food. It is between nourishing food and no real meal at all. More than 80% of clients live with serious health and financial challenges, and AMOR serves them at no cost.

Every week, Lowcountry teens pick up knives, learn from a professional chef and kitchen mentors, and turn local, in-season produce into healing, plant-based meals. They grow skills, confidence and compassion. Their clients get food that helps them heal and the comfort of being cared for.
AMOR Healing Kitchen delivers locally sourced, organic, plant based meals to people facing critical health challenges. Each week our teen volunteers (our Teen Chefs) learn culinary skills, nutrition, and the value of giving back to their community by preparing the meals for our clients. Our meals are delivered to our clients' homes along with a bouquet of flowers, menu, and nutrition newsletter.

The teens bring the hands. The farms bring the harvest. What fuels it all is $100,000 by December 31. Your gift keeps meals free for neighbors who are in need and the kitchen full of young people learning to care.

In November 2025 we reached a major milestone in delivering our 100,00th meal. Help us raise $100k to provide our next 100,000 meals!

We hope you feel inspired to join our journey of building a healthier world through the power of GOOD FOOD and LOVE.
