At Hearts Knit Together, we believe healing begins here—with compassion, dignity, and a reminder that no one is forgotten.

Every year, we deliver thousands of care kits to individuals in crisis across Utah—survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and refugees who have fled their homes to seek safety and peace. Each kit is more than a collection of items—it’s a message of love and hope.

Our kits are thoughtfully assembled with both essential hygiene supplies and comfort items like books, blankets, and handmade gifts that remind each recipient they are valued and cared for. These kits are distributed through more than 30 partner agencies statewide, reaching between 6,000–7,000 individuals every year.
