Effortless Motors Donates Restored Vans to Bright Beginnings at June 29 Community Event in Peoria

Vehicle donation supports transportation access for Arizona children and families following nearly 18 months of recovery efforts

PEORIA, Ariz. — Effortless Motors, a custom vehicle restoration company, will donate restored transportation vans to Bright Beginnings Early Childhood Development Center during the Driven by Hope event on Monday, June 29, 2026, in Peoria. The donation will help children and working families access safe, reliable transportation for early education programs as the organization continues its recovery after nearly 18 months of challenges caused by extensive facility damage.

“This is more than a vehicle reveal,” said Dr. Theresa Christensen, Founder and CEO of Bright Beginnings and Executive Director of Building Bright Futures. “Effortless Motors did not just restore vans. They restored hope. They saw children, families, and a mission worth fighting for — and they showed up in a way we will never forget.”

Over the past 18 months, Bright Beginnings has continued serving Arizona children and families while navigating severe water damage, construction delays, contractor failures, insurance issues, and major renovations to its 50-year-old building, including more than $1 million in required code upgrades.

The restored vans will provide dependable transportation for children and families who rely on Bright Beginnings and Building Bright Futures for early learning, school-age programs, and community support. The vehicles are also expected to bring pride and excitement to the children who ride in them each day, serving as a reminder that their community believes in them and their future.

Hosted by Peter Piper Pizza, a longtime partner of Bright Beginnings, the event will bring together families, community leaders, elected officials, business leaders, and supporters to celebrate generosity, resilience, and the power of community. Peter Piper Pizza will also donate 15% of the day’s sales to Building Bright Futures to support children and families across Arizona.
