I’m Keri Lemmons, founder of Drop the Ball STL and The Drop Collective, and I’m building St. Louis’ first rest-centered sanctuary. This is a space designed for deep restoration, embodied healing, and community recalibration.

This vision was born from lived experience. I know the cost of chronic stress and over-functioning because I’ve lived it. For years, I pushed through illness, trauma, and emotional collapse until my body finally forced a reckoning.

At 38, I chose differently. I dropped the ball on perfectionism, on survival mode, on systems that kept me small. And I began the work of rebuilding from the inside out.

Through holistic and neuroscience-rooted healing, I reclaimed my health and my power. And now, I guide others to do the same.

The rest sanctuary isn’t just a dream. It’s a next-level resource for those who are tired of holding it all and ready to experience a new way of being...one where rest becomes a shared strategy for transformation.
