The Epic Tale of the Plastic Armada

Once upon a time, a small group of gentlemen had a "eureka" moment. (Okay, that’s giving it way too much credit. It was probably more like, "Hey, I have an idea that might just work or get us all arrested.")

The goal was noble: raise money for the local locker program. The method? A brilliant—albeit slightly chaotic—stroke of genius they "borrowed" (imitated, really, because we're nothing if not flatters of the highest order) from a news report about the Chicago river.

They thought: Why not dump a literal flock of plastic ducks into a river and race them? Maybe the lovely people at Silverwood would help us?

Here we are! We're still going strong, the locker program is thriving, Silverwood has helped us (and continues too even though we keep trying to stay in the river way after the event) and most importantly, we're raising money to help underprivileged children who need our support.

How can you help?

Buying a duck is a fantastic, simple way to show you care about these amazing kids.
Buying 100 ducks... well, that probably means you have a slight donation problem. And you know what? We are 100% here to support that problem.
