EXHIBITS: Support the development of new original exhibitions and the attraction of traveling exhibitions.
EVENTS: From the city's largest Juneteenth celebration, to Kwanzaa, exclusive film screenings, live music events, and more, we continuously look to expand our event offerings to highlight the city's diverse local artist culture.

Our educational programs use various mediums (art, film, literature, music, and dialogue) to explore and educate on major topics pertaining to the Black diaspora. Topics range from Black art and history to economic disparities, health and wellness, gender and sexuality, public policy, and more. Through interactive workshops, resource fairs, symposiums, culturally-relevant teach-ins, and inspirational talks from esteemed leaders across various fields - the curriculum is crafted to help participants develop critical skills such as effective communication, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork.

What your contribution can fund:

$30 - Covers a one-year membership for local student in the community
$90 - Covers a one-year membership for a local family in the community
$250 - Covers the cost of one school field trip to the museum (transportation, admission, sack lunches)
