Dylan is on METRO RELIEF's Staff and is a former semi-professional soccer player. To utilize soccer/sport as platform to reach our young homeless friends on the street here in Dallas, we would like to send Dylan to the global gathering and conference in NORWAY between the 23rd to 30th of August. We then would envision a Dallas based team that would bring hope to so many.

Dylan was born and raised in Wylie, Texas. He writes... " I have been fortunate enough that the game of soccer has taken me all over the world. I played and attended school in both England and Spain and lived with people from many different cultures and walks of life. This experience helped give me a more global view. After my playing career came to an end, I was looking for a new purpose. I have always prided myself in being a voice for the voiceless. I was lucky enough to be put in contact with Metro Relief and began volunteering in November of 2023 and knew immediately that this is something I want to do. I can't wait to get started and hopefully help the team to make a huge impact in our community."

Dylan's serves as one of our Mobile Case Managers and Housing Navigators.

The HOMELESS WORLD CUP 2025

The Homeless World Cup is an annual street football tournament organized by the Homeless World Cup Foundation, using soccer/football to support and inspire people experiencing homelessness, and to change perceptions and attitudes towards homelessness.

"The Beautiful Game" is an awe inspiring film on NETFLIX that highlights the story of four guys who get to participate in the tournament. It's a must see.
