Virginia students need help developing their brilliant ideas.

This past summer, STEM-Ed Partners hosted over a dozen Richmond students who worked together in teams to develop real solutions to world issues such as global warming, food insecurity, healthcare, and pollution.

In 2024, with your financial support, we will host a range of weeklong and multi-week camps to nurture the creative ideas of regional 7th through 11th graders using STEM, and connect them to the STEM all around them through:

field visits to regional businesses, labs, and farms to identify real-world applications of STEM ("Everything Is STEM")
interactive engagements with professionals in various STEM career fields ("STEM Career Exploration")
hands-on development of an original idea into an impactful solution using STEM principles ("STEM Shark Tank")
practical and experienced guidance on how to prepare an original project for market or competition ("Pathway to STEM Competition")

Our goal is to provide these camps to students at a fraction of their actual cost. Your financial gift of $200 will send a local student to one of our 2024 camps, and provide assistance to local families with limited resources.
