RunGood is open to all levels, all paces, all ages, as we run or walk together from start to finish.

RUN & WALK OPTIONS

We offer a 5K community run with two different pacing options, the 'sexy' pace and the 'olympic' pace. We also have a 2 mile community walk for all of our walkers.

Everyone that RSVP's is entered into a weekly giveaways. We give away On apparel and shoes, studio class passes and more. So be sure to RSVP to RunGood every week! *Donation is not required to enter raffle.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Meet us at 6:30PM. Please arrive early to account for parking. Street parking is limited. Following warmups, we will split into our pacing groups and meet back at the park.

The Yard offers yoga classes every day, less than a mile away from LA High Memorial Park. On Wednesdays, we offer a 5:30PM Freestyle Vinyasa Yoga class and an 8:30PM Yin + Vinyasa class. Both are excellent combinations for RunGood. Drop-in rates for these yoga classes are $20 or included in a studio membership.
