WHY: This is our primary fundraiser for the year. It allows us to purchase items and give amazing experiences to our students + teachers. It is also intended to bring healthy activity, unity, and school pride to the students and the community. FIND OUT MORE HERE

WHAT: We collect monetary donations for two weeks and then celebrate with a "Fun Run" for all students. Students run/walk up to one mile while completing some FUN obstacles along the way. Grown-ups are invited to watch (and participate in!) the run on Monday, October 13th.

GOAL: Our school-wide goal is to raise $35,000! We encourage each student to collect at least $100 from their family and friends to ensure we meet this goal!

HOW TO DONATE:

CREDIT CARD - On this website, make sure you click on your student's classroom! If you are donating for multiple students, you can make separate donations to support each classroom.
VENMO - @EasonElementary-PTO with your child’s NAME(S) + TEACHER(S) in the comments. We will get the money added to the classroom total for you! If you would like a tax receipt, place your email in the comments of the VENMO payment.
CHECK - Make check out to "Eason Elementary PTO" and mail to Eason Elementary 605 SE Boone Ave, Waukee, IA 50263. Please include a note if you would like a tax receipt.

***Eason PTO is a registered 501(c)(3) organization, meaning that your donations are tax deductible. All donations made through the website come with a receipt. Receipts for Venmo and check donations are also available.

FRIENDLY COMPETITIONS: You may hear the students discussing a "classroom competition". The classroom to raise the most money in each grade will earn an extra $150 for their classroom to decide how they want to spend the money with their teacher! Each student in the overall highest earning class in all of Eason will also receive a 3-D printed mini trophy to take home, and the teacher will get to display the full-sized trophy for the school year. Winners will be announced the morning of Wednesday, October 15th.

Due to varying class sizes, an average raised per student will be used to determine the winning classroom. Class sizes can be found here. Be sure to choose your child's teacher for the correct classroom to receive credit! (If you enter the wrong classroom or forget to choose one, we can easily fix it for you. Just let us know at ptoeason@gmail.com).
