Give the Gift of Sight

**IMPORTANT UPDATE**

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are rescheduling the EastAfroSight annual fundraiser dinner. We will send updated information once we finalize the details. Thank you for your patience and support.

EastAfroSight is committed to creating a future where preventable blindness is reduced across East Africa and where underserved communities have access to life-changing cataract surgery.

Thanks to the incredible support of our community up to this point, we have traveled to three different regions in Ethiopia twice and restored the vision of more than 700 people living with cataract blindness.

For many people living in impoverished communities, cataract surgery is not a matter of convenience—it can be the difference between living independently and depending on others for everyday life. Yet for too many, the cost and lack of access to surgery means living with a condition that is treatable and preventable.

Sight should never be a privilege. It is a basic human right.

Our 2nd Annual Fundraising Dinner brings together friends, families, supporters, and community members who believe in that vision. Funds raised through this event will help EastAfroSight provide cataract surgeries, expand access to eye care, and support communities across East Africa where these services are needed most.

Every donation helps move us closer to a future where no one has to live in darkness simply because they cannot afford or access the surgery that could restore their sight.

Join us for an evening of community, inspiration, and purpose as we work together to restore sight, restore independence, and give people the opportunity to see a brighter future.

Your support can change a life.
