We’re so happy to announce our next event, Ecstatic Liberation, an ecstatic dance experience rooted in collective liberation. 🌈✨⚡️🫂 Through dance and connection with community, we heal ourselves and gain the strength to continue our work in dismantling systems of oppression.

Brought to you by Disconnect Foundation & Cosmic Ascension, hosted by @raven.royce & featuring @sofia_naseem, as well as our DJs @laurennikohl and @naach.world. We are not free until all of us are free - so come practice freedom in mind, body, heart, and spirit together as a community!

Schedule:

1pm: Opening ceremony hosted by Raven Royce

1:30pm: Authentic Connection activity with Sofia Naseem

2pm: Ecstatic Dance with Lauren Nikohl & Naach

4:30pm: Sound Bath by Luna Ase

5:00pm: Closing

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat or blanket/towel for the sound bath

• Drums/Shakers or flow toys if you'd like them for the dance portion!

• A refillable water bottle

We would like this event to be accessible for everyone, and are asking for donations starting at a minimum of $1. Volunteer opportunities are also available.
