This holiday season, Naples Pride is launching “Home for the Holidays: Reunite Immokalee Families Drive.”

Our donation drive runs from now through December 20, and every dollar raised will go directly to Unidos Immokalee to support immigrant families in crisis. We ask you to join us by donating to support our efforts and bring families back together.

In Immokalee, many immigrant farm workers live with a pain no family should ever face — being separated from the people they love most. Parents torn from children. Partners forced apart. Families left frightened and unsure of what comes next after ICE actions that shatter their lives.

For many, the only path to safety is to return home. But the journey is long, complicated, and unbearably expensive.

A one-way flight to Guatemala or Mexico costs around $350 per person. Once they arrive, families still face hours of bus travel to their home villages, another $100 per person. During this trip, they must also cover meals that cost about $60 a day for the entire family.

These are the workers who harvest our food, who build our houses, cut our lawns, clean our homes, and cook our meals, the people who support our communities in countless unseen ways. They deserve dignity, safety, and the chance to hold their loved ones again.

We cannot stay on the sidelines.

Naples Pride knows what discrimination feels like. We know what it means to fight for dignity, to stand together when systems fail us, and to show up for those who are targeted and vulnerable.
