Building Warriors: Fund the El Rebaño Del Guerrero Training Facility

Empowering the next generation in San Quintín through Jiu-Jitsu, mentorship, and faith.

The Mission: At HEAL Outreach, we believe that true community development starts with empowering our youth. Operating bi-nationally across the United States and Mexico, our mission is to build resilience, character, and leadership in the youth of San Quintín, Baja California.

We aren't just teaching a sport; we are building a foundation for life. Through our El Rebaño Del Guerrero project, we use No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu as a vehicle for mentorship and discipleship, guiding young people to develop physical discipline and mental fortitude using our Warrior's Code.

The Project: Bricks, Mats, and Mentorship To make this vision a reality, we are actively constructing a dedicated, safe training facility. This isn't just a gym—it is a sanctuary for growth.

Our team is currently on the ground laying cinder block, installing infrastructure, and securing the building (including sealing structural openings to prevent bird intrusions and protect the training areas). We have already successfully secured and transported all of our professional-grade floor mats from Ensenada, which is a massive milestone! Now, to safely operate and fully fund the curriculum, we need your partnership to finish the walls and equip the students.

Your Impact is Concrete, We are fully transparent about what it takes to build this program. Your donation does not go into a vague general fund; it buys the literal materials and sponsorships needed to bring this training facility to life.

Choose a tier below and directly invest in the youth of San Quintín today:

Choose Your Impact Tier:

$35 – The Foundation Tier Funds crucial building materials, including cinder blocks and weatherproofing supplies, to ensure the facility is secure, structurally sound, and ready for training.
$75 – The Warrior Sponsorship Directly sponsors one youth’s training, mentorship, and discipleship curriculum for an entire month, keeping them off the streets and engaged in the Warrior's Code.
$150 – The Equipment & Safety Tier Covers the cost of outfitting our facility and our students. This helps fund the protective wall mats needed for safe grappling, uniform essentials, and cleaning supplies.
$500 – The Infrastructure Tier Provides major structural needs for the build-out, such as gym lighting, biodigester installation components, or heavy-duty construction tools to keep the project moving forward.
