From Vision to Village

A vision can begin with one person, but it takes a village to bring it to life.

Join us for Emerald Evening: From Vision to Village, North County Innovative School’s signature fundraising event. This special evening will bring together families, educators, community leaders, partners, and supporters who believe North County children deserve access to an innovative, nurturing, and academically excellent public school.

In August 2027, North County Innovative School (NCIS) will open its doors to its founding students in PreK through 2nd grade. As a tuition-free public charter school serving families within the Riverview Gardens School District attendance area, NCIS is being built around a simple belief: our children deserve a school where they can learn, heal, create, and soar.

Emerald Evening is more than a celebration. It is an opportunity to help turn that vision into a fully prepared school for our founding students.

Funds raised through Emerald Evening will support the critical work of launching NCIS, including classroom and instructional resources, student experiences, technology, school readiness, and other start-up needs as we prepare to welcome our first families.

Your $45 admission helps support that vision—and invites you to become part of the village bringing it to life.

Throughout the evening, we will celebrate the journey of North County Innovative School, recognize individuals whose leadership and service have strengthened our community, and share what lies ahead as we prepare for opening day.

Whether you attend, become a sponsor, make an additional gift, or simply help us share the story, you are helping build something that will belong to North County for generations to come.

The vision has been cast. Now, we are building the village.
