Kerr County Texas has been hit by catastrophic flooding for the second year in a row. Almost exactly one year after the deadly July 4th 2025 floods claimed 139 lives along the Guadalupe River, heavy rains have once again sent floodwaters rushing through Kerrville, Hunt, and Ingram. On July 15th and 16th, these floods have damaged homes, cut off roads, and displaced families who were still rebuilding from last year.

We already know families living in campers along the Guadalupe River have lost their homes in this latest flooding. These are real people in a community we have served before. Thanks to the support of our donors, we were able to shelter 18 families in Texas following last year's floods and we are ready to show up for this community again. We have RVs available and a team ready to move.

What we are raising for is simple and specific: transportation costs to get our RVs from Georgia to Texas.
