Save the Meow Meows is one of just a handful of rescues approved to pull animals from one of THE most high-kill shelters in Southern California, Apple Valley Animal Shelter- where they have a 93% kill rate. These innocent animals, many of whom have been abandoned or lost, find themselves in a desperate situation with limited chances of survival. By supporting our mission, you can provide these cats with a lifeline.

Your generous donation ensures that a cat receives vital veterinary care, nourishment, and a safe haven in our cat lounge in Yucca Valley, until they find their forever home. Every dollar counts in transforming a life from one of despair to one of hope and love. We have calculated that for every $200 raised we will be able to save one precious life. Save the Meow Meows is a 501c3 non-profit and we rely 100% on donations to be able to do this lifesaving work.

Every $200 Saves a Life: Here's how your donation will be used:

$135 – Veterinary Care
Includes spay/neuter surgery, vaccinations, flea and tick treatment and deworming.
$30 – Food and Supplies
Covers high-quality cat food, litter and toys to the cats comfortable and well-fed during their stay in our lounge.
$25 – Shelter Fees
Covers the pull fee we pay to rescue the cat from the high-kill shelter.
$10 – Transportation and Miscellaneous Expenses
Helps cover transportation to bring the cat to our lounge, along with our operational costs like cleaning supplies and administrative needs.
