Registration is limited to one person per submission. If you are registering multiple attendees, please complete a separate registration form and payment for each individual to ensure accurate records and payment plans.

🌿 Event Policies & Liability Agreement

⚠ Due to planning costs, registration is non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, your registration can be transferred to another person.

📌 To request a transfer, please email esmeralda@emeraldofthesea.org at least 2 weeks before the retreat to ensure a smooth transition.📌 All transfer requests are subject to availability and approval at the discretion of Emerald of the Sea.

📜 Retreat Center Guidelines:
By registering, I agree to respect and adhere to all guidelines, policies, and rules of the retreat center. I acknowledge that failure to follow these guidelines may result in dismissal from the event without a refund.

🌿 Liability Waiver

I, the undersigned, do hereby release, forever discharge, and agree to hold harmless Emerald of the Sea, its members, directors, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, or demands for accidental personal injury, sickness, or death, as well as property damage and expenses of any nature incurred while participating in retreat activities.

🌿 Emotional & Psychological Well-Being Acknowledgment

I acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in Emerald of the Sea’s Retreat and enter into this agreement of my own free will.

✔ I understand that the retreat may include sensitive and graphic discussions related to trauma, healing, and restoration.
✔ I acknowledge that these discussions could evoke emotional, physiological, or physical responses.
✔ I take full responsibility for my own psychological, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being.
✔ I understand that it is my responsibility to seek professional counseling or therapy as needed.

📌 I release Emerald of the Sea from all liability and hereby waive any claims or causes of action arising from my participation. My electronic signature serves as my acceptance of this acknowledgment.

🌿 Medical Authorization & Consent

In the event of an emergency, I authorize Emerald of the Sea to seek medical attention on my behalf.

✔ I agree to be liable for any medical or dental costs incurred due to services rendered during the retreat.

📌 My electronic signature serves as my acceptance of this medical release.

🌿 Photo & Media Release

I grant Emerald of the Sea and its affiliates permission to use any photographs or videos taken of me during the retreat to publicly promote the organization.

✔ I understand that images may be used in print publications, online media, presentations, websites, and social media.
✔ I understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall be owed to me for such use.

📌 My electronic signature serves as my acceptance of this photo/video release.

🌿 The Secret Garden Retreat Payment Plan Policy

By selecting the payment plan option, you agree to the following terms:

1️⃣ Commitment to Payment:
I acknowledge that I am responsible for completing all remaining payments according to the payment plan provided.

2️⃣ Non-Refundable Payments:
I understand that all payments made toward my retreat registration are non-refundable.

3️⃣ Failure to Complete Payments:
If I do not fulfill the full payment amount by the agreed-upon deadline, I understand that:

The funds already paid will not be refunded to me.
The amount paid will be retained by Emerald of the Sea and used at its discretion to further the mission and initiatives of the organization, including the possibility of being used toward retreat-related expenses.

4️⃣ Transfer Policy:
If I am unable to attend, I may transfer my registration to another person by submitting a written request at least 2 weeks before the retreat via email to esmeralda@emeraldofthesea.org. 📌 All transfer requests are subject to availability and approval at the discretion of Emerald of the Sea.

📌 By submitting my registration and electronic signature, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to all policies outlined above.
