All proceeds will benefit the Del Valle ISD Education Foundation's Family Support Fund.

The DVISD Education Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that mobilizes community partnerships and philanthropic investment in the students, teachers, and families of our local school district. 🚌

In Del Valle ISD, 90% of students are considered "economically disadvantaged," with annual incomes of $45,000 or less for a family of four. Parents and caregivers are working, sometimes multiple jobs, but not earning enough to make ends meet. And without savings or a safety net, one unexpected change can destabilize a whole family.

The Family Support Fund offers emergency assistance to these students and families in crisis. Whether facing a sudden job loss, immigration-related challenges, domestic violence, homelessness, food insecurity, or a power disconnection notice after months of piled-up utility bills they can't afford to pay, the Family Support Fund delivers immediate help when it matters most.

Over the last year, we helped the families of over 200 Del Valle ISD students with nearly $20,000 of food, clothing, rental assistance, utility payments, hygiene products, transportation, medical assistance, and more.

Through generous support of individuals like you, we've kept these students in their homes and in school: meeting basic needs and sustaining their all-important support systems of teachers, neighbors and friends.

Most of all, we've shown our families that when they face tough times, they're not alone. Let's come together to connect with neighbors and help support our schools.

The Easton Park Turkey Trot is proudly presented by Optimize Daily, with support from Easton Park HOA, Brookfield Residential, and a growing group of local businesses and community partners.
