Get out of the city and spend the day with us!

Join Friends of Firefighters on Monday, November 9 for a special day with StandFast Equine -- an opportunity to step away from the everyday, spend time outdoors, and connect with fellow members of the firefighter community.

Through guided, hands-on experiences with rescued horses, we’ll explore connection, communication, confidence, and resilience in a relaxed and welcoming setting. Participants will also be introduced to HeartMath and HRV (Heart Rate Variability) biofeedback, using real-time feedback to see how the body responds to stress and learn simple techniques to improve focus, self-regulation, and resilience.

No horse experience is necessary -- just come ready to enjoy the day, try something different, and spend some time together.

Space is limited to eight (8) participants, so reserve your spot today and join us for a day outside the firehouse!
