My personal goal is $3,000 but with matching funds my campaign goal is $6,000.
Once upon a recent sunny school day, our Principal, Mr. Shupe, set out on a legendary mission. Rumor had it that deep within the mystical lands of Cameron Park lay a rare and powerful artifact: the treasured Luau Lou Bobblehead. Said to bring endless wisdom, unmatched dance moves, and the ability to find Wi-Fi anywhere on campus, it was a prize too tempting for any brave adventurer to resist.
Equipped with nothing but sunscreen and a compass app he didn’t know how to use, Mr. Shupe searched far and wide. He climbed the lunch tables, interrogated squirrels and lizards, and even swam through the murky waters of CSD Pool. Just when hope seemed lost… he found it! Buried beneath a pile of forgotten Lost and Found hoodies—the Luau Lou Bobblehead glimmered in all its tacky tropical glory.
But just as he raised the bobblehead triumphantly, a mysterious glub-glub-glub filled the air. The sky darkened. A glittery fog rolled in. He had tripped the alarm of the Evil Mermaids, known for enchanting unsuspecting principals and trapping them in eternal limbo.
Now, Mr. Shupe is bobbing (pun intended) helplessly in a hammock woven of seaweed and lost permission slips, spellbound by the hypnotic tunes of bubble-blowing mermaids singing Taylor Swift songs out of tune. Only one thing can save him—YOU.
The only known counter spell involves raising $6000 to support the incredible Hands4Hope club at Camerado Springs. With each dollar, we get closer to breaking the spell and bringing Mr. Shupe back to dry land (and staff meetings).
Donate today and be a part of this epic rescue! Let’s save our principal, support our students, and prove once and for all that mermaids are no match for middle schoolers with a mission.
