Once upon a tide, a mischievous mermaid with eyes like storm clouds and a crown of tangled seaweed caught wind of a joyous celebration on land. She was drawn not just by the laughter, but by the playful bark of Chloe — our beloved, land-loving dog.

With a flick of her tail and a song as sweet as saltwater taffy, the mermaid cast a shimmering spell over Chloe. To our shock, a tiny, iridescent mermaid tail began to sprout where her sturdy back legs had been! Each day it grows longer and more dazzling, and soon, if the magic isn’t broken, Chloe won’t be able to walk on land at all — she’ll be destined for life beneath the waves.

The mermaid has named her price: a ransom of kindness and generosity. Only when her treasure chest overflows will she release Chloe from her watery fate.
