Every Woman, All Things: Choose Your Adventure Week

The Junior League of Alexandria’s Every Woman, All Things Initiative is a week-long experience focused on bringing greater awareness, education, and connection around the many aspects of women’s health and well-being.

This initiative is designed as a “Choose Your Adventure” format, allowing participants to select the sessions and activities that best fit their interests, needs, and schedules. Throughout the week, women will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of offerings that support well-being across multiple areas of life — including physical health, mental wellness, financial confidence, personal growth, and meaningful connection with other women in the community.

Sessions will include a mix of educational learning opportunities and interactive, stress-relieving experiences, creating space for both personal development and time to recharge. Whether participants are looking to learn something new, gain practical tools for everyday life, or simply spend intentional time with other women, the week is designed to meet women where they are.

To keep the initiative as accessible as possible, the event operates under a pay-what-you-can donation model. Donations help support the programming and allow the Junior League to continue expanding opportunities that benefit women in our community. Some sessions with limited capacity may require a small minimum donation to ensure reserved spots are used.

Participants are encouraged to create their own balanced experience by choosing at least one learning session and one connection or destress activity during the week.

Through this initiative, the Junior League of Alexandria hopes to spark meaningful conversations, provide practical resources, and strengthen community among women, all while empowering women to prioritize their health and well-being in ways that work for them.
