Our programs reduce or eliminate the barriers to snowsports for BIPOC ‘vermonters’ while also creating a community for us to exist fully and authentically on snow. We bring together an often isolated community that shares the collective experience of “being the only one on the mountain” together in spaces where we are centered and celebrated.

Since our founding in 2020 we have; distributed over 1400 pieces of winter gear to BIPOC folks in 'vermont', guided 140 people on snow, more than 200 attended our events, and collectively we spent 480 days skiing and riding at no-cost.
