In the spring newsletter I spoke of the unmatched potential that I believe The Nature Connection has. We are uniquely positioned to replace isolation, loneliness and stress with connection, community, and wonder through the lens of our natural world. Especially for those with extra barriers to nature access.

The Nature Connection currently provides 57 programs a month, with all program partners reporting effectiveness at increasing social connection and community development for participants.

The Nature Connection is ready to become a more robust and multifaceted organization that creates and holds the space for connections to and through nature in many different capacities for all.

Short-term goals: Expand our outreach and services provided to reach more community members in need and grow The Nature Connection’s revenue
Mid-term goals: Secure grants to make strategic improvements and develop services such as updating our website, a business plan for group therapy, and volunteer resources
Long-term goals: Purchase a facility with gardens and animals, to support our current traveling programs and expanding The Nature Connection's capacity as a community resource and service provider
