At Keeper of Kindness, we are dedicated to supporting teens in the Montgomery County, TX area and beyond by providing mental health resources and raising awareness about anxiety, depression, and other conditions; especially among teen athletes. More and more, teen athletes face increased pressure to excel in their sports. Often, young athletes’ personal identity is tied to their performance in their sport. When faced with injuries, end of career and other challenges, athletes often feel lost.

Founded in memory of Sophia Lucario, our mission is to spread kindness, compassion, awareness and hope to those navigating mental health challenges related to athletics or otherwise.

Keeper of Kindness is an IRS 501(C)(3) organization. We can accept funds from individuals, organizations and Donor Advised Funds (DAFs). All funds are used to directly support young people in our community struggling with mental health and sports related challenges. Donations will be used to provide scholarships, pay for counseling and therapy sessions and conduct awareness activities in our community
