Valley Community Library's (VCL) Fall Fair will be held on October 3, 2026, from 1:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. at 739 River Street, Peckville, PA 18452. This is a rain-or-shine event.

All crafters/vendors/authors must submit this application for consideration. Completed applications should be submitted by September 18, 2026.

After completing this form, the Library will reach out to you to confirm your spot. This is on a first-come, first-served basis for crafters/vendors/authors. There are limited spots available, and the library will only accept one vendor per company. (example Paparazzi, Mary Kay, Scentsy, etc.)

All crafters/vendors/authors who are accepted to the event will receive full details about participation as part of their acceptance email.

We are asking all crafters/vendors/authors to bring a raffle basket to help support the library.

COSTS: $25 booth fee for outdoor space. Event fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Each crafter/vendor/author will be assigned a designated space.

IMPORTANT: All crafters/vendors/authors must provide their own tables, chairs, and tent (no bigger than 10x10). Tents are not required, but suggested. There are a limited number of designated spaces where tents cannot be used. This is due to spacing, and you will be notified if you can bring a tent.

All crafters/vendors/authors are expected to act in a professional manner and be respectful of others participating in and attending the event.

SET UP - All crafters/vendors may start setting up any time after 10:00 A.M. on the day of the event. WE ASK THAT ALL CRAFTERS/VENDORS BE SET AND READY TO GO BY 12:45 P.M.
