Our answer is presence: more rooms, more often, with more people. That looks like intimate convenings, honest conversations about the issues that matter most, and quarterly gatherings that keep our community connected all year long.

About RepresentEd

Founded in 2017 at Stiles Hall, UC Berkeley, RepresentEd was created to connect non-traditional professionals with meaningful career opportunities. In 2021, we expanded our network to support students and corporations, and in 2022, we grew our reach to Oakland to deepen our community impact.

Our goal is to bridge the gap between non-traditional students and high-growth careers by providing essential skills, mentorship, and access to networks that support long-term economic mobility.

We offer programming in leadership development, industry-aligned skills, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy. Through strategic partnerships with employers, we create pathways that strengthen career readiness and foster financial empowerment in communities where systemic barriers limit opportunity.
