1st Annual Farm Fall Festival
Saturday from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM CDT
Guests will park at Stable View Cottages right off highway 154. From there you will take the free hay ride by family to the barn past our pasture of skeleton horses! You will be dropped off at our Welcome table where you will learn about Riders Up and have the opportunity to purchase tickets for the food, games, animal treats and horseback rides. Door prizes will be given away throughout the day. We have over $1000 worth in door prizes thanks to our amazing community. From there you can visit the petting zoo, get some fair food, play our carnival games to win some awesome prizes, take your picture with our very own Rainbow Dash, pictures with Sarge (the “largest” horse in Hopkins County) and ride horses! The “C” Dale Cummings will be performing from noon to 1! If you are planning to come for Dale’s show only, please bring a lawn chair. We ask that everyone does their best to social distance and please wear a mask if you would like. All activities are outdoors. Sanitizer will be available. Please do not come if you are sick or have COVID symptoms. A liability waiver will need to be signed before entering the property.
Riders Up! at Lake Fork Stables provides free and reduced rate riding lessons for low income, autistic, military and foster kids in East Texas. We also provide second careers for retired racehorses. All proceeds from the Farm Fall Festival support the kids and horses in our program.
