Forest bathing is a way of slowing down to notice the more-than-human world around you. No destination, no fitness goal. Add in some easy movement and quiet time side by side, and the morning becomes a chance to unplug and be present as a family.

Pause. Notice what's around you. Move. Breathe. Be together.
