The days are shorter and the world is getting quieter. Come slow down with us.

Join Kara-Lee for an all-ages morning of playful yoga, animal-inspired movement, partner games, and a long, cozy rest. Inspired by the season and by honoring our ancestors, we'll explore who helps us feel safe and supported, and how we can offer that care to each other.

Suggested donation $25 per family. All are welcome, none turned away.

All kinds of families welcome. No experience needed. Bring water, a warm layer, and a mat if you have one.
