Farm Buds is a grassroots initiative focused on building a more resilient and connected future for our region by bringing folks from all walks of life together for joyful, project-based, community-building trips to small scale farms across the region.

Since 2016, we've organized 129 trips to 54 farms throughout Minnesota (as well as a handful in Wisconsin) involving more than 400 people and benefiting 100+ farmers. And have done almost all of these with volunteer time and collective will for a better future.

With your help, we will have more resources to grow our efforts through leadership development, which means more capacity to intentionally mobilize communities to connect with each other, farmers, farming practices, other parts of our region, learn skills, breathe fresh air, hear the wind blow through the trees, share meals together - all while supporting farmers with projects and with our infusion of positive community spirit.

Now more than ever before, we need opportunities to build community across cultures and regions, reconnect with the land we all come from and realize the potential when we show up together.
