So many Milwaukee teens would love to attend their high school prom, but the cost is too great of a barrier. From paying for a dress or renting a tuxedo, to dinner and flowers, and even the tickets themselves. The cost of prom on average is $600 in the Midwest according to the most recent Visa survey which is why so many teens miss out on this rite of passage AND the memories that last a lifetime.

Help send a teen to prom!

It only takes $100 for FashUp to get a teen to prom and create cherished memories that last a lifetime. Be a fairy godmother or godfather by sponsoring a teen to go to prom. Any dollar amount helps!

FashUp raises funds and awareness through teen fashion shows and has helped send over 800 Milwaukee teens to prom since 2019. Learn more at Make Prom Possible

We work with school assistant principals and guidance counselors to identify students who have the most need for assistance and pay for their prom tickets, help them get attire and provide gift cards to cover some of the other prom expenses.

This is the fifth year of the event, sponsored by Stacy Adams, Macy’s, Edessa School of Fashion, Dr. Howard Fuller Collegiate Academy and Ignite Change - social cause marketing – and 7SEVENTY7.
