FCCF's Career Pathways initiative is a 3-year $2.3M pilot effort to support youth & young adults without a college degree to pursue careers in healthcare.

The effort is co-designed and implemented by partners convened and funded by FCCF:

Our hospital system partners: identify jobs with a career ladder, on-the-job training, internships, and retention supports.

Our higher education partners: provide support with recruitment and curriculum/initial training.

Our community-based organization partners: provide wrap around/supportive case management to program participants.

Together, in year 1 of this effort, our partners will recruit, train, place, and support 30 youth as they enter new careers in the local healthcare sector. Along the way, we will learn, grow, and lay the groundwork to expand this program to additional sectors.
