Whether you are just starting your coaching journey, managing a grassroots team, or coaching at the high school level, this workshop is built to give you practical, real-world tools you can use at your very next practice.

Workshop Breakdown (3 Hours)

Classroom Session (45 Mins): Session Design Made Simple
- How to structure practices using modern, game-based coaching methodology.
- Eliminating standing in lines and maximizing player touches.
- How to give clear, age-appropriate instructions without over-coaching.
Field Session (75 Mins): Live Demonstration
- Watch Luis run a live pitch session demonstrating how to set up small-sided games, manipulate space, and coach in real-time.
Social & Q&A (60 Mins): Food, Drinks & Discussion
- Wrap up in the classroom with complimentary food (pizza/subs) and drinks. Ask Luis questions about coaching, player pathways, and session planning.
