Full Circle Scholars helps Black and Brown students see what’s possible—and know they belong there. Our mission is to cultivate confident student leaders and professionals through the power of education by providing culturally affirming experiences, mentorship, and college preparation, while connecting students to meaningful college exploration and career readiness opportunities.

Many high school students have the potential to thrive beyond graduation but lack access to guidance, life skills, and mentors who understand their lived experiences. Full Circle Scholars exists to close that gap.

Founded by a group of professionals who were once participants in a similar youth program, Full Circle Scholars was built on lifelong bonds and a shared commitment to giving back. We believe in Legacy in Action—returning to support the next generation with the same care, access, and encouragement that helped shape our own paths.
