Known for featuring the region’s best musical ensembles, as well as giving local singers, songwriters, and writers a chance to build community through their art, this monthly gathering offers a listener-friendly open mic opportunity and welcoming environment for folks to listen and perform.

“DEAN & PEGGY” are a musical duo from the Turtle River area north of Bemidji. With guitar, mandolin, banjo, and jaw harp, they have been entertaining audiences with Celtic and vintage fiddle tunes as well as light hearted old-time songs from the past for many years.

We are committed to offering arts access for everyone, making scholarships available to youth and adults. As a non-profit, we receive support not only from program tuition but from arts organization grants, state agencies, and donations from community members.

Guided by our organizational values of Inclusion & Diversity; Empowerment; Creativity & Innovation; and Collaboration & Community Building, we are passionate about providing a gathering space and instructional opportunities for learning and growth through the arts.
