September is Hunger Action Month, a nationwide effort to raise awareness about hunger and inspire people to take action.

At Community Hive, fighting hunger is part of what we do every day, helping individuals, families and seniors throughout Ephrata and Cocalico access the food they need..

Why this campaign matters:

🐝 5,414 visits to our Hand-Up Food Pantry.
🐝 460 households are served through our Reinholds Monthly Distribution to date.
🐝 15,517 meals were delivered to local homebound seniors through Meals on Wheels.
🐝More than 47,000 people in Lancaster County experience food insecurity, representing about 8.7% of the county’s population.
