FEESOS creates pathways to education, employment and economic opportunity for Congolese youth and their communities.

We are a small team — five people working between the United States and the communities we serve. We work through four programmes:

Education & Skills Development: expanding access to education, digital literacy, vocational training and practical learning.
Employment & Entrepreneurship: turning skills into opportunities through employment readiness, entrepreneurship education, professional development and mentorship.
Empowerment & Social Inclusion: promoting the well-being and participation of underserved populations, with particular attention to youth, women and girls, children and older adults.
Community Development & Partnerships: working alongside local organisations and community leaders to strengthen initiatives that are already under way.

Each programme is designed so the community keeps running it long after our direct involvement ends.

This is our first fundraising campaign. Your gift funds scholarships, training and mentorship — and the local organisations that carry them forward. Every dollar goes further at this stage than it will at any later one.
