- Revitalize and modernize our standalone department—requiring strong leadership, fortified staff, and a new parcel tax to ensure 21st-century service. OR
- Merge into a larger regional fire district.
What’s at Stake?
- Revitalizing our standalone district means passing a new parcel tax, supporting leadership, and engaging more deeply and frequently as a community.
- Merging or contracting with another fire district are options.
Either option must ensure every call gets answered quickly, every volunteer gets fully trained, and every resident gets complete support.

- The Felton Fire Protection District is at a turning point. For decades, the budget has remained nearly flat while the response volume and operational costs have increased.
- The property tax formula has not kept up with inflation, cost of living, or the scale of wildfire risk.

The Felton Fire Revival event is free but we do need registrations so we know how much space and pizza to buy and plan for. Donations to help us offset the event costs are much appreciated.
